Return & Exchange Policy

We hope that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied you may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days from purchase date. If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, please be aware of the following:

1. Prior to returning an item please call us at 888-413-1692 to obtain a Return Authorization Code (RAC). Returns will not be accepted without a RAC.
2. All items must be returned in the original packaging.
3. Include a copy of your original invoice.
4. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
5. All shipping costs for returns must be paid by customer but allowances will made in certain instances.
6. Printed matter, videos, or printed charts are not refundable.
7. Gift certificates are not refundable.
8. All returns subject to a 10% restocking charge.
